As a creator on Zocialized, it is crucial to understand the rules concerning artificial intelligence. This disclosure applies to all music uploaded, including tracks created using the Zocialized AI Music Creator or other third-party AI tools.

Your Responsibilities as a Creator

Mandatory Disclosure: You must indicate on the submission form if AI was used to create or assist in the creation of your music.
Authenticity and Attribution: For your music to be eligible for monetization and copyright, it must contain a significant and original human creative element. This includes:
- Adding original lyrics or vocals.
- Rearranging the AI-generated melody in a unique way.
- Using AI as a tool for inspiration, but developing the final composition yourself.
Ethical Use: Do not use any AI tool to intentionally or unintentionally copy the copyrighted work of other artists. Plagiarism, regardless of the method, is strictly prohibited.

Important Consequences for Non-Compliance

No Monetization for Pure AI: Music that is purely AI-generated without significant human contribution will not be eligible for monetization. Such work lacks a recognized human author and cannot be copyrighted.
Account Actions: Failure to properly disclose AI usage or claiming ownership over purely AI-generated content may result in the suspension of your monetization status or your account.
Watermarking: All music created using the Zocialized AI Music Creator will automatically be watermarked, embedding its origin to ensure authenticity and protect against misuse.
